Call it what you want, Random Acts of Kindness, Paying It Forward, Good Deeds, The Good Samaritan, or whatever. AC Trash Hauling & More wants to acknowledge and celebrate people that are helping others. With that in mind we have established a monthly “Helping Hands Award”.

There are many service organizations that are dedicated to a specific cause. They are the large groups that sponsor pancake breakfasts, food drives, clothing drives etc. They are the ones with committees to plan major events. Indeed they do serve our communities. We are not looking for the big budget events. We are looking for the individuals that help people one at a time.

Here is how it works. By the 25^th of each month, we are asking you to send us your nomination. Tell us about that special person, what they did, the impact it had. It doesn’t have to be a long story, just a very sincere story. Our staff and/or other invited guests will read the stories and make a decision for the monthly winner.

What does the winner get? We have decided to make a $50 donation to a charity selected by the winner. What no big award to the winner? That’s right!! People that give do so because it is in their heart. They don’t do it for adoration or a pat on the back or great recognition. Thus we want to keep it simple. We will announce the monthly winner on our Face Book page, so please follow us…AC Trash Hauling.
